Jin Xiaoming,deputy secretary of the CPC Qingpu District Committee, director of the Qingpu District People's Government, and secretary of the Leading Party Members’ Group, male, Han nationality, CPC member, was born in November 1975. He holds a university degree and a Master's in Public Administration. 

He has previously served as deputy secretary, director, and Party secretary of Yuecheng District, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province; deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee and director of the Management Committee of Shaoxing Binhai New Area; deputy director of the General Office of the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee; executive deputy director (at the department level) of the Office of the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee for Comprehensively Deepening Reform; and acting director of the Qingpu District People's Government.
