Zhu Zhongwei, male, Han ethnicity, born in October 1976, a CPC member, holds a university degree and a Master of Engineering. 

He previously served as Director of Baoshan District Riverside Development and Construction Management Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee for Construction and Transportation Work, Director of the Transportation Commission, and Director of the Construction Management Commission of Baoshan District, and member of the Leading Party Members’ Group and Deputy District Director of Baoshan District People’s Government.
