Chen Xiqi, member of the Leading Party Members' Group of the Shanghai Qingpu District People's Government, male, Han ethnicity, born in August 1983, holds a postgraduate degree with a Master of Science and is a certified economist. He is a member of the Communist Party of China.

His previously served as Director and Party Branch Secretary of the Information Center, Director of the General Office, and Director of the Regional Development Division (Rural Development Division) of the Shanghai Municipal Development and Reform Commission.
