Qingpu's 'Four Seasons' projection show delights audiences Release time:February 28,2024
At 7 pm on Saturday, the "Four Seasons" projection show dazzled at Qushui Garden, where ancient Jiangnan architecture exuded a charm of classical and modern fusion in the art of light and shadow.
On the 78-meter-long gauze screen, the scenes of the four seasons in Qingpu were unfolded one after another, together with nearly a hundred poems from Qingpu literati. Taking Qingpu County Chronicle as its creative origin, this projection show relied on the rich historical background of Qushui Garden and its natural beauty to present Qingpu's poetic and historical heritage through the four chapters of spring, summer, autumn and winter.
"The combination of music and visuals is just right, and using the changing seasons as the main theme to showcase Qingpu's culture is very creative," said a visitor Chen Yafang, expressing hope for more such activities in the future.
The "Four Seasons" projection show is part of the third phase of the construction of the Qingpu Circular Water System Park.
“In the future, we will regularly project the ‘Four Seasons’ to let more citizens experience the unique charm of this land. At the same time, we will continue to enhance the overall functionality of the Circular Water System Park, creating a new cultural landscape and leisure destination at the doorstep for residents,” said an official of Qingpu New Town Company.
