ZKH, China's leading industrial goods procurement service platform, officially launched its first intelligent warehouse in Liantang Town, Qingpu District on Wednesday.

The ZKH intelligent warehouse has a usage area of 9,600 square meters, an overall height of 10 meters and a net shelf height of 8 meters. It is the largest and most automated fastener intelligent warehousing system in the industrial goods e-commerce industry, and also the first fastener intelligent warehouse in the East China.

The launch of the intelligent warehouse marks a further upgrade of ZKH's warehousing infrastructure from digitalization to intelligence.

The warehouse adopts advanced automated three-dimensional warehouse technology to achieve intelligent positioning of storage positions, unmanned operation inside the warehouse and intelligent picking. At present, the intelligent warehouse can achieve a maximum of 48,000 storage spaces and a daily business processing capacity of 8,500 orders.

Compared to traditional operation modes, the ZKH intelligent warehouse has improved storage capacity by about 25 percent and overall operation efficiency by 30 percent, while the picking and packaging efficiency has increased by 300 percent.
