Shanghai French School hosts vibrant International Day celebration Release time:March 27,2024

Recently, the Shanghai French School held its first International Day event, attracting over 1,500 teachers, students and parents from 45 countries and regions to participate.

The event featured artistic performances, delicious food tastings and traditional customs displays, allowing participants to immerse themselves in the exotic atmosphere of the campus and experience the diverse cultural characteristics of the French school.

The event kicked off with a fashion show, where students from various countries showcased traditional costumes, highlighting the clothing and ethnic cultures of different nations.

"I am very happy to participate in the International Day event. At school, we not only acquire knowledge but also get involved in the planning and performance of activities. I believe that this kind of engagement is very beneficial for our future development," said student Emma Lalanne.

A global market was also set up on-site, allowing teachers, students and parents to experience the cultures of various countries and taste a wide range of international cuisines within the campus.

As one of the key activities of the French School's International Day event, an exciting Savate (French kickboxing) experience match and performance took place simultaneously.

The Shanghai French School is a non-profit international school that enrolls students from different countries ranging from preschool to high school (2 to 18 years old). The two campuses of the Shanghai French School have over 1,360 students from more than 40 countries.
