Clinic for Huawei employees opens at Qingpu Lianqiu Lake R&D Center Release time:January 27,2025
A clinic tailored for Huawei employees officially opened in Qingpu District on January 24.
The Huawei Clinic at Huawei Lianqiu Lake research and development center is affiliated to Fudan University Zhongshan Hospital Qinbpu Branch.
The initiative is part of Qingpu District’s efforts to enhance corporate service.
The clinic offers initial diagnosis and treatment for basic internal and external medicine, gynecology, dentistry, common occupational diseases, and provides health consultations and education.
It currently has 10 clinical departments staffed by experienced doctors and nurses.
The clinic features a tech-driven process from mobile registration and payment to smart pharmacy, along with comprehensive rehabilitation equipment.
On its first day, renowned experts from several Shanghai hospitals provided health consultations and free clinics for employees.
The Qingpu District government had previously established a task force toacquire medical requirements and need fromthe Lianqiu Lake R&D Center, which houses around 30,000 employees.
“Wehave established a direct link withZhongshan Hospital for emergency cases, allowing quick transfers via the nearby emergency base,”saidLi Feng,executivevicepresident of Zhongshan Hospital Qingpu Branch.“The clinic also focuses on health education and post-illness rehabilitation,and createsa comprehensive health management system.”
In recent yearsQingpu District has been enhancing healthcare by integrating city-level resources and reformingitsmedical system,to help improve itsregional healthcare services and capabilities.
