The main structure of the Bloom Technology Park project, developed by Shanghai Bloom Technology Inc, has been successfully topped out.

This not only marks the project's full entry into a new construction phase but also further demonstrates Huaxin Town's effective measures in promoting the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.

The Bloom Technology Park is located in Huaxin Town, Qingpu District, with a total construction area of 90,776.52 square meters and a total investment of about 690 million yuan (US$94.65 million). The project is a high-end manufacturing base for the research, development, and production of complete equipment and components for powder and granular material handling systems, with pneumatic conveying at its core. It comprises functions such as headquarters offices, technical research and development, equipment manufacturing, and supporting facilities.

Currently, the four main structures have been fully topped out, including one design and research office building, two industrial production plants (one of which is a seven-story industrial upstairs manufacturing space), and one employee support building. The project commenced construction in January 2024, and subsequent work will include curtain wall finishing, outdoor landscaping, and indoor installations. It is expected to be completed and delivered by October this year.

Building a high-end equipment research and production base is an important initiative for Bloom Technology to promote the optimization and upgrading of its industrial structure. Upon completion, the project will significantly enhance production capacity, improve research and development capabilities, and provide a better development platform, adding momentum to the company's transformation and development in the high-end equipment manufacturing industry.
