The International Industry Collaboration Platform under the Hongqiao Overseas Development Service Center was officially launched on February 22tofocus on new energy, major trade, and robotics + agriculture industries, with anaim to create a headquarters base for Chinese companies to expand overseas collectively.

This platform was announced at the 2025 Overseas Enterprises and Cross-Border Professional Services Forum held in Xujing Town, Qingpu District. The forum highlighted global business development and introduced two global digital service platforms: the International Industry Collaboration Metaverse Platform and the LeadvisorGlobal APP, providing convenient and efficient support for overseas enterprises.

The International Industry Collaboration Metaverse Platform, centered on AI and big data, integrates international trade resources to create a digital trade hub, reshaping cross-border trade chains. The LeadvisorGlobal APP gathers multinational service institutions to offer professional services worldwide, establishing a "one-click global access" service network.

The forum also featured the signing and launch of a new energy vehicle project in Ghana, marking the operational phase of Qingpu's international industry collaboration.

The Hongqiao International Central Business District Management Committee has developed the Hongqiao Overseas Development Service Center, launching a series of outbound policies and integrating resources from the Hongqiao International Central Legal District, Hongqiao Overseas Trade Center, and the Chinese Merchant Association’s Expo Promotion Center. This has created a global professional service cluster to support headquarters of overseas enterprises in Hongqiao.

Qingpu District, as a host for several major municipal strategies,has leveraged the advantages of the Hongqiao Business District to build an overseas enterprise service system and a cross-border e-commerce hub, and enhance cross-border logistics functions, working alongside enterprises and service institutions to explore global cooperation.
