The Xicen International Talent Hub,a one-stop talent service complex developed by Qingpu District to support key enterprises and various talents,waslaunched on March 1.
Thehub aims to provide integrated government services, convenient living services, and personalized development services for talents, enhancing Qingpu's innovation, entrepreneurship, and business environment.
The hub introduces five initiatives: a set of sci-tech talent policies, a WeChat mini-program, a talent service manual, a team of talent service specialists, and a dedicated talent service window. These comprehensively cover talent policies, living services, process management, specialist support, and a comprehensive service window, creating a full-spectrum, multi-level talent service system.
At theopeningceremony, Liu Qi,deputyParty secretary of Qingpu District, announcedfive policies for sci-tech talents, focusing on entrepreneurship support, infrastructure backing, housing security, living services, andthetalent ambassador program. Thesepoliciesaim to accelerate the aggregation of sci-tech talent in Qingpu,especially forthe construction of a trillion-yuan industrial cluster in new-generation information technology.
Theeventalso featured the unveiling of the Yangtze River DeltaHigh-tech Part·Youth Talent Community. Recognized as a talent community by Qingpu, it integrates industry incubation and community living, offering both office and residential facilities, including 1,566 waterfront apartments.
To enhance the convenience of talent services, the "Xicen Living" mini-program was launched at the ceremony. It offers a range of online services, including talent apartment applications, living information bookings, and various government, lifestyle, and cultural services.
