The Qingpu New City Comprehensive Enterprise Service Center, an integrated platform catering to the need of enterprises, went into operation on Monday, marking a new upgrade of the business environment and enterprise service in Qingpu New City.
The center on Shuangying Road, covering 820 square meters, enjoys a prime location with easy transportation access, as it stands close to the Shengli Road exit of Songze Elevated Road and is a 10-minute drive from Qingpu New City Station of Metro Line 17.
As a key carrier for optimizing the business environment in Qingpu, the service center integrates resources from 12 departments such as market regulation, tax affairs and construction. It provides about 100 high-frequency government services, enabling enterprises to handle all affairs in one stop.
The center has also set up six major service sections for overseas development, talent, sci-tech innovation, finance, policies and legal affairs, launching about 200 value-added services that fully cover enterprises’ whole-life-cycle need from startup to maturity and from local operation to international expansion.
“Our overseas development service is a flagship offering of the center,” said the person in charge of the Qingpu New City Comprehensive Enterprise Service Center. “With the goal of helping enterprise go global, we have built a service platform that integrates policy matching, resource connection, professional services and demand response.”
The centerwill establish a professional service alliance and association for enterprises’ global expansion, and proactively connect with high-quality resources from municipal authorities and the Shanghai Hongqiao International Central Business District Administration Committee, breaking geographical restrictions to extend our services to enterprises across the Yangtze River Delta region and even the whole country.
