New-era IT application center launches in Qingpu Release time:June 04,2026

The Shanghai Qingpu New Era Information Technology Application Center has been inaugurated, with the first batch of 12 member enterprises joining its collaborative innovation network.

Qingpu is currently accelerating the development of a new-generation information technology industrial system centered on software and IT services, promoting deep integration of digital technology with advanced manufacturing, modern services, urban governance and other sectors. The launch of theapplicationcenter is set to inject fresh vitality into Qingpu’s digital economy.

The center will provide full-cycle, companion-style services to enterprises in areas such as policy support, supply-demand matching, technical cooperation, financial assistance, and talent cultivation and attraction.

Focusing on software development, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, big data, digital services, and industrial internet, the center will establish a two-way matching mechanism featuring an “enterprise demand list” and a “resource supply list,” helping firms reduce costs related to information acquisition, resource matching, and trial-and-error in development.

“Tech companies are eligible for quite a few policies, but in the actual implementation process, they often have to deal with multiple authorities, different timelines and complex procedures,” said Sun Youjie, presidentof the center and chairman of Shanghai Xun’ao Information Technology Co Ltd. “The center will match enterprises with relevant local policies based on their industry, development stage, revenue scale and actual needs, and will help them plan applications and track implementation, thereby improving the precision and effective delivery of policy support.”

The center will also act as a platform to help enterprises connect with financial institutions and capital resources, reducing intermediary and communication costs. At the same time, it will provide compliance guidance in taxation, business registration, social insurance and other areas, allowing companies to focus more of their energy on their own technology and product innovation.
