Qingpu launches first OPC community Release time:June 09,2026
TheeMobile ParkOPC (One-Person Company)Community,Qingpu’s first OPC dedicated community, has opened, offering a one‑stop solution for solo entrepreneurs in terms of workspace, computing power, funding, market access and housing.
Unlike traditional startup parks that merely provide leased space, theeMobileOPC community has built a tailored growth system for solo entrepreneurs. The community offers services such as zero rent in the first year, no application barriers, instant approval, and the ability to move in with just a laptop, significantly lowering early‑stage costs.
“Eligible entrepreneurs can receive approval on the same day they apply. They can start working with just their computer. The park also offers fully furnished smart talent apartments, solving both office and housing needs,” said Zhang Yan, deputy Party secretary of theeMobilePark.
To address the core technical gap in AI capabilities for OPC startups, the community has introduced dedicated computing power and model support policies, reducing the technical costs and R&D entry barriers for AI entrepreneurship.
The park has also established a dedicated OPC seed fund in cooperation with professional institutions. Eligible individual projects can receive a 100,000 yuan(US$14,771)special seed fund.
In terms of lifestyle and recreation, the park offers a mature dining scene and regularly holds activities such as concerts, yoga experiences and creative markets.
Du Fafa, founder of Xiyun Fangting (Shanghai) E‑commerce Co Ltd, an aspiringone‑person company, is one of the first entrepreneurs attracted by Qingpu’s favorable environment and support policies. Her company focuses on AI‑driven pet content and new retail. She noted that the park gathers many high‑quality small and medium‑sized enterprises, providing not only a positive environment for startups but also abundant customer resources and cooperation opportunities.
